For the raw materials with high humidity, drying treatment should be carried out to determine the ratio. In principle, the raw materials should be the raw materials specified in the drawings, because the injection mold is designed according to the physical and mechanical properties of the raw materials. It is also possible to use raw materials with good fluidity, easy and rapid curing, and good thermal stability. The structure of the test mold can truly reflect the distribution of each part of the product, rounded corners, wall thickness, and reinforcing ribs, which can be used as a reference for modifying the injection mold.
Before the injection mold is installed on the injection machine, the mold should be checked according to the mold drawing, so as to find the problem in time and repair the mold. According to the assembly drawing of the injection mold, you can check the overall size of the mold, the size of the positioning ring, the size of the inlet of the main channel, the size of the sphere that matches the nozzle, the inlet and outlet of the cooling water, the height and width of the platen pad, etc. The pouring system and cavity of the injection mold need to be opened for inspection. When the movable mold and the fixed mold of the mold are separated, attention should be paid to the direction marks to avoid mistakes when closing.
