Plastic spoon mainly used for eating, so it need to be heat resistant and non-toxic,and could meet the requirements of environmental protectionso, we have to choose proper plastic materials, such as food grade PP,PS,PE etc.,we always stand in the customer's perspective to design and making high quality molds, to help our customers to save their time and money, so for the plastic spoon, we choose multi-cavity design and arranged the cavities to be a circle, the construction is good for high speed production and saving the mold and molding cost.
As the mold life needs to be more than 500,000 shots, so we choose the mold steel H13 and Yudo hot runner, and multi-cavity design, during the production, our products are produced in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2015 international quality system, from ordering the materials to final finish, our engineering and QA department inspect and reporting each processing day by day, to make sure the molds according to the design, and we also would send detailed progress reports to our customers each week to let them know how the molds/parts are produced, after finished the production, we will do the mold trial and check the samples, including dimensions, appearance, and construction, we will make sure the parts are with good finish and right dimensions.
